Situated in the northern area of Sunny Beach and set near the rear of the Sev/Yug hotel and less than 10 minutes from the resort centre and 5 minutes from the beach front

Close by are bars, shops and restaurants. These modern apartments have proven very popular before with our regular clients and are considered good value for money.

There are both studios (sleeps up to 2 adults + 1 young child in open plan area) and one bedded -apartment (sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 beds and one double sofa bed). The rooms all have shower, WC, air-conditioning, telephone, cable TV, balcony, kitchenette area.

Facilities: Reception desk, restaurant, lobby bar, safety deposit boxes, currency exchange, laundry, dry cleaning (all subject to local charge). Free use of outdoor swimming pool  with children’s section, sun beds and parasols.

Floors 5, lifts 1, distance from beach 300 metres. Prices are per adult sharing, (2 adults in a studio and 3/4 adults in a one bedded apt.) Board basis S/C.
